"I believe for us to continue and to overcome we will all have to IN THE STRENGTH of the Lord:
- To die daily to self - take no thought after what natural self demands or remembers - surrender it
- Put on Christ - His power and anointing gives us the ability to continue to be renewed and changed
- Warfare Daily or make it operative for three days or seven days in the directive and breath of The Holy Ghost if we are under constant demonic attack/temptation then stand having done all
- To remain in The Faith - make your mind up to stay faithful regardless the pain the temptations
- To study and read The Scriptures - a must to have His Word birthed in our hearts
- To allow Him to live through us - His Love and Beauty enables us to rise above the carnal flesh
- Resist in His strength - Yeild to Him and if necessary get on your face and go for grace
- To take every thought captive and old thoughts of the heart captive to Christ – straight at the onset of lust - all the time as it is very difficult to walk back out of fantasy
- Be reeducated in the natural and the spiritual - seek and search for knowledge and understanding
- Forgive ourselves - in His power and with His counsel He will bring us out of all guilt, condemnation
- Be renewed in the spirit of the mind by the Scriptures - the Word gets birthed in the heart then we willing want to obey His intructions in righteous living willing we desire His lifestyle above our old
- Love and accept ourself and with His counsel and knowledge and Love for looks, shape, attributes, size, downfalls, traits, and imperfections, ‘lack of,’ personality type and know and understand your personality type
- To enter into fellowship and honest open relationship with Him and The Holy Ghost.
