JESUS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DELIVER
Jesus is the only one who can deliver, heal and restore us from the fragmented soul of sexual sins. These sins past and present cause fragmentation of the soul and keep the soul fragmented unless addressed. A fragmented soul cannot love the Lord our God with all the heart and mind. It is double minded, bound in the law of sin and death and bound by influencing demonic strongholds, tossed around too and fro.
Unless we allow Him to go from the fruit to the root we will continue to remain fragmented and we will be pressed to return to our former ways. Just forsaking particular sexual sins will not pull up the roots or get to a taproot that brings complete healing. Neither will just casting out the spirits associated to these particular sexual sins.
Consider this in the following list for those of us who have lived in homosexuality. Or have had homosexual relationships or are suffering gender confusion but not having ‘practiced’. It is not as simple as repentance, renunciation, abstinence or casting out Katrina the strongman or a lesser lesbian, sodomy or lying or just a spirit of death or other certain names of spirits or lust or curse spirits.
The fruits of this root of homosexuality need to be discerned, and worked through. The causes outside our control need to be seen and healing brought forth in its stages and the stages can take many, many years. Because we or the person in gender confusion or those struggling with same sex attraction or those practicing will have many or several causations below are only some from a list that I gleaned from internet sites and authors.
ØWould need to see where and why they have become estranged from their gender. [Payne, L. The Broken Image]
ØWould need to see they have not accepted their femininity or masculinity or physical appearance or imperfections.
ØTo see the rejection and abandonment in their lives, maybe not wanted at birth and or put up for adoption and not taken and or from a failed abortion.
ØWould need to understand the person they ‘fancy’ or ‘desire’ is the person they ‘think’ they would like to be like.
