We all realize that Jesus spoke the truth plainly.
He was asked this question, “Lord are there few that be saved?”
His answer did not come forth in concern about hurting someone’s feelings. Neither was He concerned about the mainstream religion or anyone of that days plight for rights.
His answer was: “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are…” (Luke 13:24-25 KJ)
Straight to the point, direct truth was one of the reasons that crucified Him. The majority the mainstream, the carnal, the religious and those in the world want grace, religion and a life without purity and heaven without obedience. Its not life or is it TRUTH.
Jesus said, “Strive to enter in at the strait gate.” Hell will be full of disappointed people because they gave up because they could not get beyond the demand for rights of freedom to live as they felt.
Many people have started out only to give up in disappointment and return to their former way. It was just too tough, to hard to get beyond, to much sacrifice. Sometimes we fall or quit because we have tried the wrong course, or circumstances were stacked against us in the natural and spiritual. But the spiritual world is not fair, full stop neither is the road to Calvary.
There is no failure with God to anyone who falls down whose heart truly wills to follow as a Disciple. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:28-31)
The victory of our life is in Christ's Power and all His works are supernatural to enable you to stand again. Ask for the anointing to strive in His Power to stand again and stay standing for The Truth is, abuse of The Grace of God bring us here:
"But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.” (Luke 13:26-28)
Jesus is clear addressing His followers as “workers of iniquity.” If we are revelling in our sin and claiming to be His Disciples it is time to get Born Again. Time to repent and turn, time to have the sin structures bought to death to be an obedient believer.
Be at peace for The Word writes: “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.” (Proverbs 24:16)
Get up and run to the mercy seat for strength and power and fresh oil to have your strongholds brought to death. "For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through The Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live." (Romans 8:13)
“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.” (1 John 2:1-3)
